What is a Crowd SAFE?

"A Crowd SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is an investment contract between investors and companies looking to raise capital. Individuals make investments for the chance to earn a return—in the form of equity in the company or a cash payout—if the company is acquired, goes public, or sells all of its assets."

When Will I Get My Money Back? 

As an equity investor in The Honeybee Collective you’d be a part owner of the company. We may one day issue public shares that could be bought and sold but for now your investment would mature when or if the company is acquired.

Today our products are sold in 50 dispensaries across Colorado, and 2 in New York!
